Types of biological samples

  • Primary cells (white blood cells, PMBCs, bone marrow).
  • Cultured cells (adherent or in suspension)
  • Primary tumors (freshly frozen)
  • Tissue biopsies (freshly frozen)
  • Body fluids such as CSF, ascites

The optimal protein concentration to be used highly depend on the type of sample and the presence and activity of the kinases in the sample.
